Double-Sided Acrylic (PMMA) Surface ABS Sheets: These sheets feature a brilliant, high-gloss acrylic surface on both sides, backed by a robust ABS core. This combination offers an exceptional mirror-like finish and superior surface hardness, making the product ideal for applications requiring a premium aesthetic appearance and excellent resistance to scratches and impacts.
TPU/ABS Sheets via Co-extrusion Technology: A significant highlight of the new line is its capacity for TPU/ABS sheets. Utilizing advanced co-extrusion technology, these sheets combine the toughness and flexibility of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) with the structural rigidity of ABS.
A key advantage of the TPU/ABS sheet is its role as a high-performance, eco-friendly alternative to traditional PVC/ABS sheets. Unlike PVC/ABS, which can contain chlorine and require plasticizers like phthalates, TPU/ABS is a more sustainable choice.
