Production Floor Supervisor
Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production area to ensure production goals, safety protocols and quality standards are met.
This is our Production Floor Supervisor who is responsible for planning and coordinating production for all orders in our factory. Also responsible for managing and training production employees, monitoring workflow efficiency and troubleshooting Monitoring workflow efficiency and troubleshooting bottlenecks, enforcing safety regulations and regular maintenance of equipment.

Production Line Leader
Responsibilities Supervise small production teams on specific production lines.
This is our Production Line Leader, there are many labour intensive aspects of our plastic sheets from the handling of raw materials to the packing of extruded goods, she is responsible for assigning tasks and monitoring the performance of the team. Of course, it's also her job to train new employees and escalate problems to the supervisor, and she needs to be familiar with the entire process of producing plastic sheets.

Machine Operator
Responsibilities Specialises in operating and maintaining production machinery.
He is an expert in extrusion machines and is responsible for many of our difficult boards. He enjoys the challenge of difficult work and has a relentless spirit, he is proficient in the use of our eight extrusion machines and knows the temperament of each one of them.
Quality Control Department
Quality Control Inspector
Responsibilities Ensure product meets predetermined quality specifications before leaving the factory.
He will carry out inspections at different stages of production, using a micrometer to measure the thickness of plastic sheets. He will also work with the production and dispatch staff to ensure that the goods are shipped out smoothly, and of course, will record defects and work with the production team to rectify them.
Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities Manage inventory storage, logistics and material distribution.
This is our Warehouse Manager who will use inventory software to track incoming and outgoing shipments. And organise inventory systematically for easy retrieval. Coordinating with the purchasing and production teams, he will also perform quality checks on the raw materials used for our products to ensure that our sheets are guaranteed from the source. Conduct regular inventory audits.

Packaging And After-sales
Our packaging is very precise. If the thickness is normal, ten boards will be in one package. Each package will contain two desiccants. Ten packages will form one pallet. The wooden pallet underneath will be very strong, making it easy for forklifts to load and unload goods.
