Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom thin ABS sheets?

A: For thicknesses between 0.5–1.0 mm, the MOQ is 500 kg or one pallet. Sample orders (small quantities) are welcome for testing.

Q2: Can you supply the sheets in rolls instead of flat sheets?

A: Yes. Sheets ≤ 1.0 mm thickness can be supplied in rolls with a core inner diameter of 76 mm or 152 mm, wrapped in anti-static film.

Q3: Is your thin ABS sheet food-grade and BPA-free?

A: Yes. Our standard food-contact grades comply with EU 10/2011, FDA, and RoHS regulations. BPA-free formulation is available upon request.

Q4: What is the lead time for a custom color match?

A: Color matching takes 3–5 working days. Mass production lead time is 15–20 days after color approval.

Q5: How do you ensure thickness tolerance across the entire width?
