RED ABS PLASTIC SHEET
Red abs plastic sheet is often used in automotive interiors with good overall performance. abs sheet has high impact strength, chemical stability and good electrical properties. Can be surface chrome plating, spray paint treatment. abs plastic sheet has high impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardant, antistatic, transparent and other levels, impact resistance is better than HIPS sheet, but worse than PC sheet.
ABS plastic sheet has excellent overall performance, has excellent impact strength, dimensional stability, electrical properties, wear resistance, chemical resistance, dyeing, moulding processing and machining better. At the same time, abs sheet is resistant to water, inorganic salts, acids and alkalis, and insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents. The disadvantages are, low heat distortion temperature, poor weather resistance.
The low heat distortion temperature also facilitates us to vacuum moulding of abs sheet. We also have a solution for poor weather resistance, that is, the use of ASA sheet.
