The raw material price of ASA is much higher than that of ABS, but in many cases ASA is the best choice for outdoor construction in order to guarantee the quality. Therefore, using our co-extrusion machine with a maximum width of 1.75, we can co-extrude ASA and ABS to produce sheets with the characteristics of both materials. From a mathematical point of view, we can find the best performance and the most suitable price for a certain ratio of ABS to ASA.
