Order placing stage
Firstly, we need to clearly communicate key information such as the type of plastic sheet required, its specification, quantity, delivery time and delivery location. Upon receipt of the order information, the factory will immediately arrange for the relevant departments to carry out an order review. Confirm whether there are enough raw materials for production, whether the production schedule can meet the delivery time and so on.
Production Stage
Once the order is confirmed, the warehouse will prepare the required raw materials and mix the plastic raw materials and various additives according to the formula and production process requirements. Then, the moulding process is carried out through extruders. Quality checks are also carried out during the production process.
Delivery stage
After the products are finished and passed the inspection, the factory will pack and ship the products according to the delivery method required by the customers. We will use suitable packaging materials, plastic film, kraft paper, pallets, wooden crates, etc., to ensure that the panels are not damaged during transport.
