PROCESS
Process 1
First, use a large processing machine to print the pattern you need on the surface of TPO leather in the color you need, and roll it into a tube.
Process 2
The rolled skin is then installed on a machine specialized in manufacturing TPO/ABS composite panels.
Process 3
Start the machine, and when the ABS substrate has just come out of the extrusion machine and is still very hot, stick the TPO skin on the surface of the hot plate.
Process 4
Finally, flatten it and machine cut it to the size you need. Our workers will pack it piece by piece and put in desiccant before it is finally finished.
