What is PVC/ABS Laminate Sheet?
Laminate sheets are made by bonding two or more layers of material. The PVC/ABS Laminate Sheet produced in our factory is made by hot laminating, during the extrusion process of ABS sheet, PVC leather is hot laminating on the surface of the sheet, because the temperature of the freshly extruded ABS sheet can reach the melting point of PVC, so the contact surface of PVC film and ABS sheet can be better fused with each other by using this method, and will not be affected by the external force separate.
PROCESS
Process 1
First, use a large processing machine to print the pattern you need on the surface of PVC leather in the color you need, and roll it into a tube.
Process 2
The rolled skin is then installed on a machine specialized in manufacturing PVC/ABS composite panels.
Process 3
Start the machine, and when the ABS substrate has just come out of the extrusion machine and is still very hot, stick the PVC skin on the surface of the hot plate.
Process 4
Finally, flatten it and machine cut it to the size you need. Our workers will pack it piece by piece and put in desiccant before it is finally finished.
