Processing method
Extrusion moulding
PVC resin, plasticiser, stabiliser and other raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion and added into the extruder. Under the heating of the extruder and the rotation of the screw, the raw materials are melted and plastified, and extruded through the mould to form plastic sheets of the required shape and thickness. This method has high production efficiency, can be produced continuously, and is suitable for manufacturing PVC plastic sheets of various specifications.
Calendering
After mixing PVC resin with additives, the material is gradually calendered into a thin sheet through a series of heated calendering rollers under the pressure and heat of the rollers. Calendering can produce PVC plastic sheet with smooth surface and uniform thickness, which is commonly used in the manufacture of film, sheet and other products.
Subsequent processing
Thermoforming
PVC plastic sheet is first heated to a soft state, then under the action of the mould, through vacuum adsorption, air pressure or mechanical pressure, etc. to make it adhere to the surface of the mould, and then cooled to form the desired shape. Thermoforming is commonly used to manufacture various packaging containers, display racks and other products.
Surface treatment
In order to improve the surface properties of PVC plastic sheets, such as improving abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, gloss, etc., surface treatment can be carried out. Common surface treatment methods include coating treatment, frosting treatment and film treatment.
