Production method
This product adopts an advanced production process, in which two kinds of raw materials, PMMA and PC, are added into different extruders respectively, and after being heated and melted, the two kinds of melts are compounded in the mould through specially designed co-extruding moulds, and then PMMA PC boards are obtained through the processes of cooling and shaping, hauling and cutting. This method produces a good composite effect of the plate, the bonding force is strong.
