Polycarbonate sheet impact resistance is strong, is 30 times the impact resistance of acrylic sheet, its own ignition point of up to 580 degrees Celsius, flame retardant effect is good, combustion does not produce toxic gases. After comparison tests, polycarbonate plate toughness, flame retardant, anti-aging are among the plastic sheet materials.
The sound insulation performance of polycarbonate board is better than glass and acrylic board of the same thickness. The mechanical properties of pc boards do not change significantly in harsh environments, and do not become cold brittle at minus 100 degrees Celsius or soften at 135 degrees Celsius. So many houses in cold areas will use our polycarbonate sheet instead of glass, which will also reduce many condensation phenomena, when the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the sudden change, polycarbonate sheet will not be like the glass that produces a lot of water vapour to make it impossible to see the situation at all!
