Surface texture treatment process and technical advantages
Jiangsu Compound directly embosses the surface effect through a customized texture roller during the extrusion process of ABS vacuum thermoformed plastic sheet before the material is completely cooled and shaped. Compared with the traditional in-mold texture forming process, this technology breaks through the problem of detail loss of mold texture during vacuum forming and stretching. Even if the sheet is partially stretched in the subsequent thermoforming, the pre-pressed matte, hairline, dot, lychee and other textures can still maintain a clear three-dimensional sense, and are not limited by the complexity of the mold texture.
