Processing Methods
Vacuum Thermoforming:
The most common processing method. The sheet is heated to the softening range of TPU/ABS and formed over a mold using vacuum pressure.
CNC Milling/Engraving:
Used for prototyping, small batch production, or parts requiring high dimensional accuracy.
Cutting and Punching:
Using die-cutting or laser cutting to produce flat or simple-shaped parts.
Bending:
Can be bent along specific lines when heated.
