1. Lightweight design

The combination of the high elasticity of TPU and the rigidity of ABS enables the ABS TPU sheet to absorb impact energy in a collision or bump, protecting the passengers and structural components (e.g., battery packs, electronic equipment) inside the vehicle. At the same time, the abrasion resistance of TPU extends the service life of high-frequency contact parts such as flooring and seat guards, and reduces the need for maintenance due to scuffing and stepping.

ABS TPU sheet is suitable for bus exterior parts (e.g. body guards, luggage racks), can withstand the sun, rain, snow, salt spray and other harsh environments for a long time, to avoid aging and cracking.TPU remains flexible at low temperatures, and ABS provides high-temperature stability, to adapt to the use of different climatic regions.
