Large-scale vacuum forming is an advanced thermoforming process where heated plastic sheets are precisely shaped over custom molds using vacuum pressure, enabling efficient production of high-volume, dimensionally stable parts for industries like automotive, aerospace, and industrial equipment. Unlike injection molding, this method offers significant cost savings through lower tooling expenses (using CNC-machined aluminum or composite molds) and accelerated production cycles, while supporting complex geometries, textures, and large components up to 4m x 2.5m in size.
