The sheets feature a precise thermal deformation temperature range (85℃-110℃). After heating, the molecular chains exhibit moderate fluidity, enabling them to easily conform to the curved surfaces and details of complex molds while solidifying quickly upon cooling. With a low molding shrinkage rate of 0.4%-0.7%, they effectively prevent warping and deformation of large components after molding. For extra-large products such as bus components, the sheets can be customized to a maximum width of 2000mm and length of 6000mm, reducing splicing gaps and enhancing component integrity.

 

Strong Mechanical Performance Support

ABS components retain excellent impact strength (notched impact strength ≥18kJ/m²) and rigidity after molding, capable of withstanding vibrations, external impacts, and environmental stresses during bus operation. Meanwhile, their surface hardness reaches above Rockwell R100, offering wear and scratch resistance. They can be directly used as exterior components without additional coating, reducing subsequent processing costs.
