The density of HDPE sheet is slightly higher than that of PP sheet. It has high strength (tensile strength ≥ 25MPa) and low temperature resistance. It is acid and alkali resistant and corrosion resistant. It can be used stably in harsh environments such as chemical and food. It also has environmental protection properties, is 100% recyclable, and meets FDA food contact safety standards.

Through vacuum adsorption technology, the heated and softened HDPE sheet is quickly fitted to the mold to achieve precise molding of complex curved surfaces and deep drawing ratio (maximum 2:1) products. Compared with traditional injection molding, the mold cost is reduced by 60% and the production cycle is shortened by 40%. It is especially suitable for small batch customization and rapid proofing, and the material utilization rate is as high as more than 95%.

We have a full-process production line, from HDPE sheet customization to vacuum molding processing (maximum molding area 2.1m×2.5m), supporting surface frosting, antistatic and other treatment processes. Equipped with impact test instruments, colorimeter and other testing equipment, each batch of products has passed ISO 9001 quality certification to ensure dimensional accuracy (±0.5%) and surface quality.

Sheet production capacity:

Extrusion production line: can produce HDPE sheets with a width of 275m and a thickness of 1-50mm. Equipped with melt flow rate meter, universal testing machine, colorimeter and other testing equipment, each batch of products has passed ISO 9001 certification.

Vacuum forming service:

It has 2 semi-automatic vacuum forming machines with a maximum forming area of 2.1m×2.5m, and has five-axis CNC machining, which can provide subsequent processing for sheets. Products with a maximum tensile depth of 500mm can be processed.
