ASA sheet material is a polymer material synthesized by copolymerization of acrylonitrile, styrene and acrylate. Acrylonitrile gives the material excellent chemical resistance, enabling it to remain stable in a wide range of chemical environments; styrene significantly improves the material's processing fluidity, allowing the material to fill the mold more smoothly during the molding process and increasing productivity; and the addition of acrylate brings ASA sheet material excellent weathering performance, which is the key to differentiating it from traditional ABS. The addition of acrylate provides ASA sheet material with superior weathering properties, which is a key differentiator from traditional ABS sheet. Compared with ABS sheet, ASA sheet material replaces butadiene with acrylate, which fundamentally solves the aging problem of ABS sheet.
