Q: Why choose vacuum forming process to make plastic bathtub?

A: Vacuum forming softens the sheet by heating and then adsorbs it on the mold surface for quick shaping. High efficiency and low cost, complex shape adaptation, high material utilization rate.

Q: Will acrylic ABS composite board deform or crack during vacuum forming?

A: No. The ABS layer softens at 80-140℃, and the acrylic layer has higher temperature resistance (about 160℃), ensuring a smooth surface without deformation; after forming, the cooling and shaping process (such as water cooling/air cooling) is used to enhance the structural stability and avoid the risk of cracking.

Q: How durable is the vacuum formed bathtub? Is it suitable for commercial scenarios?

A: Absolutely applicable. The ABS layer has strong impact resistance and can bear more than 300kg

Q: How long does it take to customize a special-shaped bathtub?

A: The cycle is divided into two stages:
Mold making: 7-10 days for new molds (extended to 15 days for complex designs);
Mass production: Vacuum forming a single piece takes about 5-8 minutes, and small batch orders can be delivered within 7 days.
